Yes, our software does require an internet connection, but it's important to note that this requirement is primarily for activation and automatic updates. Here's how it works:
Once the activation process is complete and the software is updated, you can use it offline without the need for a constant internet connection. This allows you to work without interruptions and enjoy the full benefits of our software.
We have established three policies for our USB License Dongle, which are outlined as follows:
Policy 1: 1-Year Warranty If the USB key experiences any issues apart from damage within the first year from the date of purchase, we will replace it free of cost. Our priority is to ensure that your experience with our software remains seamless.
Policy 2: Replacement After 1st Year If the USB key becomes broken or ceases to function after the initial one-year warranty period, you have the option to request a replacement. Please note that a replacement fee of Rs 3000/ US$50 along with shipping charges will be applicable in such cases. To initiate the replacement process, kindly return the broken or damaged key to Triple-S Software. Alternatively, if permitted by Triple-S Software, images of the broken or damaged key may be submitted to proceed with the replacement.
Policy 3: Lost USB Key In the unfortunate event of losing the USB key, it's important to note that your license will be forfeited. Regardless of any contrary provisions in law, we regret that under any circumstances, we are unable to offer replacement keys or refunds in cases of lost USB keys.

We do not provide a feature to restore horoscope data online from our server, nor do we have a mechanism to sync horoscopes for backup purposes. Users are encouraged to perform manual backups of their horoscope data, as our server is not designed to serve as a backup platform.
