License Requirements

- The Software license is digitally bound to your email ID and a specific computer system.
- Activation is allowed on only one (1) computer.
- The software license is permanent, however you are allowed system change (A "system change" refers to significant hardware modifications (e.g., CPU, motherboard, hard drive) or OS reinstallation that alters your system fingerprint.) only once per year.
- It is your responsibility to keep the Product Key secure and confidential at all times. Sharing of the Product Key with others will result in immediate license termination.
- An active internet connection is required for activation and periodic license verification.
- Activation of software license will be done by OTP authentication over the registered email.
- In case of email access issues or system crashes, recovery or reactivation is subject to verification by Triple-S Software.
